What’s the best way to clean my Parallel eyewear?

The premium microfiber cleaning cloth or microfiber drawstring bag included in the package in which you received your Parallel sunglasses are best for keeping your Parallel lenses in top shape. Carefully blow or brush off any sand or grit you see on the lenses and then gently rub the lenses with the microfiber cloth to remove smudges or smears.

Always keep your Parallels in the protective zippered case they were shipped in.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I Buy Parallel Eyewear in stores near me?

We only sell direct to consumers through our Parallel Eyewear website. This is one of the most important ways we keep our prices so incredibly low for such incredible high quality sunglasses.

If I Buy Multiple Pairs is there a Discount?

Absolutely. Parallel Eyewear makes a great giveaway for your company golf tournament, your group’s fishing trip Mexico, or the local Ducks Unlimited fundraiser. Contact Customer Service to learn about our very generous bulk purchase pricing.

I Just Received My Sunglasses and they’re the wrong size?

No Worries. Just get in touch with Parallel Customer Service and we’ll help you return the glasses for a full refund or exchange them for a different style.  

No cost to you.

Are Parallel Sunglasses Available with Prescriptions?

No. But it’s something we’re thinking about.

My Husband Sat on My Parallel glasses in the front seat of our car. Is that covered under the Parallel Warranty?

No. But if you just bought them give us a call and we’ll see what we can do for you.
