Yosemite - Grey/Rust with Polarized Brown Lens

Bought the Parallel Eyewear Yosemite traditional grey sunglasses. My use case is for driving in bright light conditions (sun and snow). The sunglasses perform reasonably well, absorbing most of the bright light, except for the brightest spots, while maintaining clarity. For a pair of polarized UV-protected sunglasses this one is affordably priced and well-designed. This pair is meant for a narrow face; in the beginning the pronounced frame wrap was a bit uncomfortable wear, but comfort improves over time. The sunglasses are lightweight as they comprise of polycarbonate polarized lenses and a frame made of castor oil-based grilamid bioplastic. The lenses remain surprisingly clear after use i.e. without a lot of (oily) smudges. If you have a need to clean them, a micro-fiber cloth is included, together with a pouch and case. Indoors, you can still see well through these sunglasses, so I suppose they are designed as a Category 3 sunglasses. Unfortunately, I could not find any detailed specifications so I cannot evaluate how well they are designed to protect our eyes.

the glasses are well made and I really don't have any issues other then they do not fit me. The glass are to tight and gives me a headache. these glasses are just not for me

One of my favorite brands I've tried by far. They are very comfortable. They cover good portion of your eyes leaving little sunlight to get through the sides. The material is flexible and lightweight. Leaving a comfortable fit. The lens are great quality and can hold up to minor bumps and scrapes. Definitely recommend.

I generally wear just "cheap" sunglasses (nod to ZZ Top) because I lose them or break them quite often while out doing active things. I decided to give these a try and see if they would be better and longer lasting and I can say with certainty that yes, they are! They are excellent and durable!

Here's what I love about them:

1. They are nicely made and sturdy. Wore these hiking and cycling, with the later being the activity where I typically break and abuse my sunglasses when they fall off my face etc. These actually stayed on my face nicely and while I did drop them onces - they survived the drop with zero damage. Yay!

2. They are comfortable! Feels great on my face, not too heavy. The frame is slightly rubberized, which is very comfortable.

3. They offer great protection from the sun. They are polarized, too.

4. They are a nice design.

5. They are lightweight, yes, but they are NOT cheap looking or feeling whatseoever.

6. They are a great price especially considering the quality.

7. They come with a nice case.

Overall, these are great glasses - would make a great gift, too. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic sunglasses. Really clear optical and the shape sits comfortable on my face. I can wear these on top of my head indoors and they dont pull my long hair. I like the orange lining on the inside. These are great sunglasses that will fit larger or medium heads well.
